Your Account

If you breach those third‑party terms, we may share your account details with that provider, which could result in suspension or termination of your access by the third party.

No Guarantee of Availability or Interoperability

Our products, services, and content may sometimes be unavailable, and may not function properly on all devices or in all circumstances. You agree that our products, services, and content are subject to the uncertainties of technology, connectivity, and geography. Despite our best efforts to provide you with an excellent experience, you understand and agree that we do not provide any guarantees that you will be able to access or use our products, services, and content.

Payment & Billing

Access to premium hosting plans requires timely payment of subscription fees. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We may suspend or terminate your server for non-payment.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for illegal or abusive activities, including but not limited to hacking, spamming, hate speech, or distribution of malware. Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.

Content & Data

When you use our Services, you may create, upload, or submit content (”User Content”). You represent and warrant that you either own all rights in and to your User Content, or you have obtained all necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize PufferMC. to use your User Content as described in these Terms.

By providing User Content, you grant PufferMC., its affiliates, subcontractors, successors, and assigns a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with operating and providing the Services (including backup, caching, and hosting) in any form, media, or technology now known or hereafter developed.

You acknowledge that PufferMC. does not claim ownership of your User Content. However, you grant us the license above so that we can offer, promote, and improve the Services, including integrating User Content with third-party services under the terms of those providers.

We implement regular backups and maintain reasonable safeguards to protect your User Content, but we cannot guarantee against accidental loss or corruption. It is your responsibility to maintain separate copies of any important data.

Termination

If Either party may terminate this agreement. If you violate any of the terms of this agreement, we may suspend or terminate your account and your access to any or all of our products, services, and content. We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement requests, subpenas, and court orders that are properly issued and authorized. If you do or are accused of doing something unlawful or legally actionable that involves our products, services, or content, we may respond to any such request, subpena, or court order in ways that may supply information or evidence that may be used against you, or in ways that may be otherwise detrimental to your interests.

PufferMC owns the right to control the names of servers on the platform and may change or remove a name at any time.

Disclaimer & Liability

We make no promises about our products, services, or content, and the damages you may seek in a legal action against us are limited.

The Service is provided ”as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PufferMC disclaims all warranties and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to our privacy practices.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of London.
